- Read Comedy books.

- Keep Yourself happy..
- Morning walk At least ½ hour daily..

- Third Month :- Milk + ghee + Honey and rice with milk
- Fourth Month :- butter from Milk (saay ) approx. 10 gms / day rice with curd
- Fifth Month :- Cow Ghee rice with milk
- Sixth month :- lots of ghee and rice
- Seventh month :- rice fruits khir ghee,
- Eight month :- high protein diet, milk.
- Ninth month :- ghee with madur rasa,
