  • One Should Daily Have Milk with Shatavari Kalpa twice.
  • Have Panchamruta daily
  • Have Coconut water daily
  • Eat one Tomoto
  • Massage With Til oil over Back Abdomen Buttocks Thigh.
  • Eat 2 Tsf Goghruta Daily.
  • Eat 4 Badam, 4 kaju, 4 kharik, 4 Kishmish Daily.
  • Hear Or Chant Ramraksha, Atharvashirsha, Hanuman Stotra Daily.
  • Read Comedy books.
  • Read Dattaprabodh.
  • Keep Yourself happy..
  • Morning walk At least ½ hour daily..
  • Evening Walk ½ hour daily.
  • After 4 months Try to mop floor by sitting position.
  • Daily Pranayam Anulom Vilom.

Diet month wise.

  • First Month :- Cold milk As per Tolerance twice a day.
  • Second Month :- Milk with sweet medicines Like Shatavari and Sugar etc..
  • Third Month :- Milk + ghee + Honey and rice with milk
  • Fourth Month :- butter from Milk (saay ) approx. 10 gms / day rice with curd
  • Fifth Month :- Cow Ghee rice with milk
  • Sixth month :- lots of ghee and rice
  • Seventh month :- rice fruits khir ghee,
  • Eight month :- high protein diet, milk.
  • Ninth month :- ghee with madur rasa,
